What you'll do

• Advise product and commercial teams on FCA and payment services regulation
• Own the compliance monitoring plan and report findings to the board risk committee
• Review marketing and customer communications for regulatory compliance
• Support regulatory filings and liaise with the FCA where required
• Maintain the firm's policy library and deliver staff training

What we're looking for

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years in financial services compliance
• Working knowledge of FCA Handbook, particularly SYSC and CONC
• Experience in payments, lending or consumer credit preferred
• Comfortable advising commercial teams under time pressure
