What you'll do

• Manage renewals and marketing for a book of group benefits clients
• Advise HR leaders on plan design, funding strategy and compliance
• Coordinate open enrollment communications and carrier negotiations
• Build proposals and benchmarking analysis for prospective clients
• Maintain carrier relationships across major national and regional insurers

What we're looking for

• Active health and life insurance license
• 3+ years in employee benefits brokerage or carrier account management
• Strong presentation skills for HR and executive audiences
• Familiarity with ACA and ERISA compliance basics
